When does access begin?
The courses in the frozen order summary are assigned after payment, email and risk checks. High-value transactions may require manual review.
How long does access continue?
A one-time payment provides access to the products identified as included in the order summary at purchase, for as long as each product remains available and technically supported on the Mortanas Academy platform, your account remains active, and you comply with the Terms of Use. Products added later are included only when the package description expressly says so. Courses added later are included only if the package description expressly says so.
Is a completion record included?
Mortanas Academy issues a participation/completion record only after the stated steps of an eligible programme are completed. It is not a diploma, professional qualification or public-authority approval.
