What happens if I cannot attend one day?
Notice periods, rescheduling rights and necessary changes are set out in the written programme terms before payment. Any new date depends on mutual availability.

The published campaign fee covers the 20-day programme and 120 scheduled live hours for one learner. Applicable tax treatment, the final payment summary and commercial terms are shown before payment.
Will I be charged when I send a planning request?
