This order-specific form is presented before the customer submits an order carrying a payment obligation. It forms part of the recorded checkout contract.

• Payment and buyer transaction document: Paddle receives the payment, calculates and handles applicable transaction taxes, and supplies the buyer receipt/invoice or other transaction document. Mortanas does not issue a duplicate buyer invoice for a Paddle charge.

2. Customer and order record

• The order number and contract timestamp are assigned when the server safely creates the order and are included in the durable HTML/PDF copy.

4. Price, tax and payment

• Discount: None
• Tax: the displayed Paddle price is tax-inclusive where applicable. Paddle determines the exact tax treatment from the checkout details and shows it in Paddle Checkout and the Paddle transaction document; Mortanas does not assert a local VAT rate for this international Paddle route.

• Charge currency: GBP. The gross GBP displayed immediately before the payment button is the amount sent to the verified payment gateway.
• Payment method: Paddle Checkout. Card details are handled by Paddle and are not stored by Mortanas Academy.

5. Delivery and performance

A reservation confirmation is issued after payment. The preferred date is a request; the final date, time, time zone and platform are confirmed in writing during planning.

The purchase covers the live-service scope shown at checkout. The date, time, time zone, and platform become final upon written confirmation by both parties; ongoing digital-course access is not included. Any materials and their access period are stated separately in writing. A fixed update schedule or an ongoing promise of new modules applies only when it is expressly stated in the product description. If the platform or relevant product is planned to be permanently discontinued, at least 30 days’ notice will be sent to your registered email where technically and legally possible. A reasonable download or transfer window, or alternative access, will be offered for content permitted by applicable licences. Downloadability of protected or third-party licensed content is not guaranteed. Mandatory consumer rights for any undelivered fixed-term entitlement remain reserved.

6. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

A consumer may generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period. For intangible digital content or services that begin immediately, the statutory exception is relied on only where the customer separately requests immediate performance and acknowledges the possible loss of the withdrawal right before payment. Rights concerning defective, incorrect, duplicated, inaccessible or undelivered content remain unaffected. Live workshop rescheduling and seller cancellation are governed by the displayed Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Licence and acceptable use

Digital content is licensed for the account holder’s personal, limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive use. Republishing, sharing credentials, unauthorised copying, resale and circumvention of access controls are prohibited.

8. Complaints, refunds and durable delivery

For course access and content support, send the order number to info@mortanasacademy.com. For a Paddle charge, receipt or refund, use paddle.net; Mortanas may assist with product facts but does not directly reverse or invoice the Paddle transaction. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. After the order, the accepted versions, hashes and order-specific terms are queued for durable delivery by email and secure account access.

9. Results disclaimer

Training develops knowledge and skills. Income, client acquisition, employment, sales or productivity outcomes are not guaranteed. Results vary by experience, implementation, industry and market conditions.

Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties and commercial roles

MORTANAS COMPANY LIMITED (UK company no. 16705479), trading as Mortanas Academy, owns the products and acts as content supplier and licensor. The applicable Paddle entity shown after billing-country verification and in Paddle Checkout acts as authorised reseller and merchant of record for the buyer transaction. Paddle receives payment, handles applicable transaction taxes and supplies the buyer transaction document. The buyer is the individual or organisation whose validated billing details are recorded with the order.

2. Formation and recorded documents

The agreement is formed when the buyer reviews the order-specific Pre-contract Information Form, this agreement, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the data-protection notice and the applicable performance acknowledgement; selects every mandatory unchecked box; and submits the payment order. The server records the document language, version, SHA-256 hash, product, price, tax, delivery, seller route, time and acceptance evidence.

3. Product, price, tax and payment

The binding product scope, GBP list price, discount (if any) and total payable are displayed in the order-specific Pre-contract Information Form. The Paddle seller, payment merchant and transaction-document issuer shown after the ISO billing-country check are immutable for that order. The displayed price is tax-inclusive where applicable; Paddle determines the exact treatment in Paddle Checkout and the transaction document. Client-supplied price or tax values are ignored.

4. Delivery and access

Recorded courses, protected PDFs and digital packages are delivered through the buyer’s account after payment, email and risk checks. The normal target is within 15 minutes after payment approval. Access continues only for the disclosed period and while the product remains available on the platform and the account complies with the Terms; “lifetime access” does not mean perpetual hosting or perpetual updates.

5. Live and corporate services

A live/corporate product is a reservation and planning service, not instant course access. The displayed participant range, duration and base scope are binding; the preferred date is not final until written confirmation. Extra participants, travel, on-site delivery, custom production or additional modules require a separate written quotation and acceptance.

6. Withdrawal and immediate digital performance

The statutory withdrawal right and its exceptions apply under mandatory law. For intangible digital content or immediately commenced services, the seller relies on the exception only where the buyer separately requests immediate performance and acknowledges the possible loss of the withdrawal right before payment. This does not remove remedies for defective, incorrect, duplicated, inaccessible or undelivered content.

7. Licence, account and intellectual property

Digital content is provided under a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence. The buyer must protect account credentials and must not redistribute, resell, mass-copy, scrape, record or bypass access controls. Reasonable evidence review precedes any restriction for suspected misuse.

8. Updates and platform continuity

Unless expressly stated for a product, updates, third-party tools and future versions are not guaranteed. If a product or the platform is to be discontinued, the seller will use reasonable notice and, where technically and legally permitted, provide a reasonable transition or download opportunity. Mandatory refund/remedy rights remain unaffected.

9. Results and certificates

No income, client, employment, sales or productivity result is guaranteed. Any Mortanas Academy certificate is a participation/completion record only; it is not a diploma, regulated professional qualification or public-authority accreditation unless an identified accrediting body and verification link are expressly shown.

10. Support, refunds and disputes

Course access and content requests may be sent with the order number to info@mortanasacademy.com. Paddle charge, receipt and refund requests are handled through paddle.net under the recorded Refund and Cancellation Policy and the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Durable medium and retention

The order-specific agreement and accepted documents are queued for delivery by email/PDF/HTML and secure account access. Transaction and acceptance records are retained for the documented legal/defence period with access controls and integrity hashes.

12. Language

This English version is the version presented and accepted when the checkout language is English. A Turkish checkout creates separate Turkish versions and hashes; versions are not silently substituted after acceptance.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. How to request

For a Paddle charge, submit the request through paddle.net with the transaction details. For product access or content facts, email info@mortanasacademy.com with the order number. Mortanas may assist Paddle’s review but does not directly reverse or issue a duplicate invoice for a Paddle transaction.

2. Digital content already supplied

Where the buyer expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged the possible loss of the withdrawal right, a change-of-mind refund may be unavailable after access/performance begins. Defective, materially misdescribed, inaccessible or undelivered content and mandatory statutory remedies are not excluded.

3. Digital content not yet supplied or pre-orders

If access has not been enabled and performance has not started, eligible cancellation/withdrawal requests are assessed under the statutory period and recorded product terms. If the seller cannot release a pre-order by the promised date, the buyer may accept a revised date or request cancellation and a full refund.

4. Live training and workshops

Buyer rescheduling requests are subject to capacity and the specific booking terms. If the seller cancels and the buyer does not accept a reasonable replacement date, the paid amount is refunded. A date request does not become a confirmed event until written planning confirmation.

5. Corporate reservations

The checkout amount is the disclosed full base-package reservation fee, not a deposit. Custom extras require separate acceptance. Cancellation consequences are assessed according to confirmed date, committed preparation and mandatory law; no undisclosed condition is applied.

6. Packages

A package refund is assessed for the package as sold, including whether any included item was accessed or performed. Corporate/live/reservation products are not eligible for discounted digital-course packages and cannot be inserted by changing browser data.

7. Duplicate or incorrect charges

Verified duplicate charges, wrong amounts or charges without a valid order are corrected or refunded without treating them as a change-of-mind request. Suspected unauthorised payments are investigated before service is provided.

8. Technical non-delivery

The seller first attempts a reasonable technical remedy. If the purchased content or service cannot be delivered within the stated remedy period, the buyer may receive replacement access, a proportionate reduction or a refund as required by law.

9. Approved refunds

Paddle processes an approved refund to the original payment method under its buyer terms and refund process. The buyer’s bank or card issuer may take additional time to display the credit.

10. Abuse

Abuse means evidenced credential sharing, unauthorised bulk copying, redistribution, resale, automated extraction, payment fraud or deliberate circumvention of access controls. A mere complaint, lawful refund request or limited product use is not abuse.

Checkout Data Protection Notice

1. Controllers and roles

MORTANAS COMPANY LIMITED is responsible for the Mortanas Academy account, product-access and support records described here. Paddle independently processes checkout, payment, fraud, tax, receipt and refund data as authorised reseller and merchant of record under its own privacy notice. Contact Mortanas at info@mortanasacademy.com; use paddle.net for Paddle transaction support.

2. Data collected

We process account/contact details, B2C or B2B billing identity, ISO billing/tax country, address, necessary payment-gateway identity, company/tax/VAT details where applicable, order/product/price/tax records, contract acceptances, IP/user-agent security hashes, payment status, delivery/access evidence and support correspondence. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Mortanas Academy.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to create and perform the contract, validate the seller/tax route, prevent duplicate/fraudulent payments, provide content/services, issue or queue accounting documents, deliver contract records, respond to requests and comply with tax, accounting and consumer obligations. Optional marketing is processed only under a separate, unticked permission and may be withdrawn without affecting the purchase.

4. Paddle, recipients and transfers

Necessary checkout and order data is shared with Paddle so it can act as reseller and merchant of record, process the charge, prevent fraud, calculate taxes, issue transaction documents and handle refunds. Data may also be shared with hosting/email/security suppliers and competent public authorities. Each recipient receives only data needed for its role. Cross-border transfers, where any, use the applicable legal safeguard.

5. Retention and security

Order, contract, tax and dispute evidence is kept for the applicable statutory/defence period, currently configured up to ten years where required. Sensitive billing profiles are encrypted at rest; public order snapshots contain masked values and keyed hashes. Access is role-limited and security events are recorded without plaintext tax identifiers.

6. Rights

Subject to applicable Turkish KVKK and, where relevant, GDPR rules, data subjects may request information, access, correction, deletion/restriction where legally available, objection, portability where applicable and details of recipients/processing. Send a request to info@mortanasacademy.com. Identity may be proportionately verified before disclosure.

7. Required and optional fields

Fields marked required are needed for the order, payment, invoice or legal record. B2C and B2B fields are conditional; inactive fields are not accepted. Marketing permissions are optional and separate.
